Bug#426873: jed: no "cancel" option when accidentally exiting

I'm against blowing up the Debian documention with things they document
the behaviour of the program. The file is named README.*Debian*. Such
infos should go in a generic place and be forwarded to upstream. Add them
to the manpage for example.
