I see now what you intended with "urgency=medium".  Note that the
information in the urgency field is ignored by apt and friends.  Changing
the value from "high" to "medium" has absolutely no impact on how fast the
users will upgrade the package.  They need to use apt-get for upgrading the
package anyway and I doubt that end-users will notice the value in the
urgency field.

Anyway, I do not really care about the urgency field and I will upload the
current SVN version if Günter does not object.
