UTF-8 and ispell

Yes, I was talking about jed-extra's ispell-mode.

I have already figured this out.  I am just wondering whether jed/aspell
support could be added to the dictionaries-common package.  Aspell is much
superior than ispell and it is a pity that aspell users in Debian have a
poor support when using jed.
