I talked about the version in the trunk tree. After importing the
changes from the trunk into the 0.99.19 tree the changelog reads so:

1:0.99.19~pre102-3

  * debian/control: Added Homepage field

1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-9

  * debian/control: Added Homepage field

From my point of view you did the change in the trunk _and_ in the
0.99.19 tree. You did it twice. But you should had did it only once in
the trunk tree and then import import (svn merge) the changes into the
0.99.19 tree. Otherwise the changelog will look like shown above. Do you
understand what I mean?
