Packages for 0.99.19 and jed-extra

Hi,

John released a new version of jed. I've build new packages and put them
at <http://alioth.debian.org/~jo-guest/debian> and the same for
jed-extra. If someone want's to test them.

I'll try to gather a signature for jed-extra from Marc and would like to
upload both packages tomorrow morning, if nobody objects.
