I know that restricting access to mailing-list-used-as-maintainer sucks.
However, we are getting a huge amount of spam from the mailing lists
hosted at Alioth.  Unless better spam filtering is implemented at the
Alioth server, I am not going to open the access.  Sorry.

That said, I am the manager of the pkg-jed-* mailing lists.  I usually
react very quickly to authorization requests and I add systematically
non-spam senders to the list of authorized submitters (I have just added
your address, by the way).

My bad.  I already changed all the packages in our SVN repository by
adding the Uploaders field to debian/control.  The next uploads will be
okay.
