It does seem that way. :(

In other news, a couple of days ago the pc/shlibdeps branch built
successfully on an Olimex A20-OLinuXino-LIME armhf board running
Debian unstable with only 512MB of RAM.  Unlike my previous attempts
on Debian Jessie, it was able to Pkg.update() and Pkg.add() without
issues.
