[Pkg-julia-devel] Naming openlibm upstream tarball

Hi Peter

I noticed that we still repack the openlibm upstream tarball and remove 
the non-free file i387/osx_asm.h, by means of the Files-Excluded field 
in debian/copyright.

You named the upstream tarball openlibm_0.5.1.orig.tar.gz, but my 
understanding is it should be named openlibm_0.5.1+dfsg.orig.tar.gz 
because of the file removal.
