Shall we just revert this commit in a patch in Debian for now, and upload?

I think we should upload openlibm, wait until it has built and installed 
everywhere, then upload openspecfun, wait until it has built and 
installed everywhere, then upload julia.
You should have upload permissions for openlibm and openspecfun now.
