The failing tests are now reported upstream [1-5]. #17830 and #17833
are related to llvm and according to upstream should be resolved [6]
with llvm 3.9, to be released end of August. #17829 and #17831 affect
only autopkgtest and are probably caused by a non-writable directory
and stripped symbols, respectively.
