I reverted the branches upstream and pristine-tar to 0.4.6 using

git branch -f upstream d02df3c6d0ac86c00e83ebbacae1ed7e873f8eb2
git branch -f pristine-tar 0f1fa4b48322bb697f7d91f52df98acdd5f8b24e
git tag -d upstream/0.5.0_rc0 upstream/0.5.0_rc1

to keep the branches ordered by version when 0.4.7 is imported.

With the freeze getting close, it does not make much sense to upload
julia 0.5 anytime soon. Meanwhile, julia 0.4 has had time to mature
since its initial release, which makes it perfect for Debian stable.
