I second this for now.  But this is exactly one of these cases where
dependency based init systems could perform better than classical ones
by not allowing to insert both services, but picking only one instead.
Then again, I have no idea how this could be done correctly.

Apparently, this has been brought up before at least in #474515 and
#479377.

Heh…  We German-speaking folks aren’t used to the spelling Petter :-)

I’m waiting for his comment before deciding how to go on.
