Fix, try 2

Thanks a lot for testing. Yeah you were right, after hammering on it for a
while eventually I get the bug again, so it seems that patch reduced the
frequency it happened, but didn't fully remove the bug.

Here's a new patch with a fix to set the gl widget size before XEmbed'ing it: I
think this was what was missing to get it fully working.
