digikam: Add patches:
   TEMP: + 12_quickfix_cant_umount_disk_after_picture_download.diff
           hopefully Gilles does a complete fix. otherwise keep it
   TEMP: + 13_kdesvn_r497118_use_albumfoldernew_icons_in_rmb_menu_too.diff
           will be included in 0.8.1 tarball

   TODO: add some more :(
