      New changelog entry.
      Dpkg::Shlibs::*: update API to never version.
      Port SymbolsHelper to newer Dpkg::Shlibs::* API.
      Reorder arguments of SymbolFileCollection::Group::add_symbol().

      Alter behaviour of -o option.

      Now symbolshelper prompts for create/patch version if -v is not passed.
      Release to unstable.
