      New changelog entry
      Add -q option to pkgkde-gensymbols. -c0 will never fail but still generate a diff.
      `pkgkde-symbolshelper create`: make it work with a single input symbol file.
      `pkgkde-symbolshelper rewrite`: avoid dupe c++ aliases after convert.
      Release to unstable.
