    Provide newer dpkg-genchanges as pkgkde-gensymbols.
    
    * Provide newer dpkg-gensymbols as pkgkde-gensymbols.
    * Make it possible to replace dpkg-gensymbols with pkgkde-gensymbols
      (by adding /usr/share/pkg-kde-tools/bin to $PATH).
