    Bump version number to ~rc1.
    
    pkgkde-symbolshelper is now feature complete for 0.6.0.
    Entering bug fixing mode.
    
    FWIW, 0.6.0~rc1 is able to create the libqtcore4 4.5.3 symbol file and patch it
    to 4.6.1 for amd64/i386.
