    drop kubuntu_ignore_filewatch_test
    
    we have no metric for the failure so it can't be fixed, let it fail
    (possibly).
    
    also the test fail does not appear to happen on CI PPA builds which
    suggests it is a bit flaky so we definitely some more concrete data
