    #1041 rename build.cmd as cmakeBuild.cmd and setenv.cmd as cmakeDefaults.cmd
I'm giving up on CMake/Visual Studio. Works OK with exiv2/zlib/expat. Hopeless for webready.
CMake cannot build openssl with VS
CMake/VS/curl is poor (issues a warning)
CMake/VS/libssh is broken (bug and fix reported)
