[Pkg-kde-extras] libkipi & libkexif upload!?

Hi Mark,

libkipi and libkexif in svn are changed to loose the "c2" postfix.
kdelibs4c2a is not ready on all archs so I asked on #debian-qt-kde:

[16:07] <allee> kdelibs4c2 not done on hppa & m68k. Is it worth waiting for them or is build-dep >=3.4.3-2 considered okay?
[16:14] <Thucydides> build-deps are what we are using; we've had no complaints so far.

So, if it's okay with you and you have some time,
can you upload libkipi and libkexif?

[I have not done this time the final pbuilder test because my sid pbuilder
is not uptodate (didn't want to stress my ISDN line with hours of download)
But the diff looks pretty save and build fine against last pre c2a pkgs]

It looks like binNMU will handle the pkgs that just need an rebuild

[14:02] <jdmetz> quote from #debian-release about binNMUs for a package depending on kdelibs4c2
[14:02] <jdmetz> 07:42 < vorlon> ... and ditto for lots of other stuff. I'm not going to try
[14:02] <jdmetz> picking them off one by one, sorry. I'll go through the whole
[14:02] <jdmetz> list in a couple of days, once the KDE maintainers have
[14:02] <jdmetz> finished their own uploads.

So we don't have to care about kipiplugins, digikam and digikamimageplugins.
Ditto for the other independent little apps in kde-extras.
