[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#370352: klibido: always pops up preferences dialog at startup

For some reason, klibido always pops up the preferences dialog
when it's started. I have no idea if this is intended behaviour,
but it's been doing that for as long as I can remember. Should
it be intended behaviour, then this is more a wishlist bug to
make it stop doing that :)

I have this problem on multiple pc's.
