Well, provide a patch for dak, that correctly identifies ITP bug closes
in .changes and then mails stuff to that bugs. It shouldnt mail other
bugs of course. That parser will get funny, as people have random ways
of writing the closes statements.

I have an own imap folder where the rejects go. Easy to search.
