Ah, AFAIR libkipi and libkexif I did commit.  So maybe a s/LIBQT/-lqt3-mt/
in Makefile.am does the trick there.  Or maybe it helps to define

LIBQT = -lqt3-mt

before configure is called. In case this is picked up by configure the
Makefile.am need no tweaking anymore.
