[Pkg-kde-extras] please do *not* build against libofx-dev for the moment

Due to a mistake on my part, libofx-dev 1:0.8.2-1 is buggy and you
should not build against it at all.

Due to an uncoordinated NMU to fix my mistake, libofx-dev 1:0.8.2-1.1
includes an soname change.

Please do not build against 1:0.8.2-1.1 until the current transition
into testing completes for gnucash and and avahi (two days, but please
check first).

Once that has happened, then please *do* upload building against
libofx-dev 1:0.8.2-1.1, so that libofx can transition into testing.

The reason for doing this in two stages is that it is critical that
gnucash get in for etch, and not as important that the new libofx get
in.  So please don't do anything that disrupts the gnucash transition!
