[Pkg-kde-extras] Kaffeine 0.8.5-1: scan file for Hotbird-13.0E unusable

Salut Christophe, hello Debian community, hello Markus,

in kaffeine 0.8.5-1 the scan file for Hotbird-13.0E is completely unusable.

If you substitute the current one by my attachment you can make sure that 109 transponders are found, which is a COMPLETE result.

I strictly want to avoid any kind of discussion with Christoph Pfister or others of this "Is-that-really-necessary?" flavour.

IT IS necessary, so please merge it.
