[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#439010: l2tpd replaced with xl2tpd

Hello,
	Looks like l2tpd has been replaced by xl2tpd... and there is no longer a 
program named l2tpd for kvpnc to access.  There is a xl2tpd, but I don't know 
how compatible it is.
