[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#411146: knemo: CPU usage way too high

Knemo's CPU usage is simply way too high !

* knemo running : kded uses something like ~50%
* knemo not running : kded's CPU usage falls down to "normal" usage : less than 1%.

This is maybe related with bug #411013.
