[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#432835: New upstream 0.4.8

Please do consider pushing a new upstream version soon. Looks like two minor 
revisions have passed since 0.4.6 and at the time of writing latest is 0.4.8.

The new upstream addresses this problem:
  http://bugs.kde.org/138182

Which could probably have an impact on the other two outstanding bugs against 
this package, which both complain about high CPU load in some cases:
  #411013 #411146

debian/patches/dbug409707.diff has been applied upstream, an updated 
debian/patches/11_revert_load_on_demand.diff is attached.
