[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#407914: kmymoney2: hbci online banking doesn't use kde proxy settings

KMyMoney would use those as soon as there is an API in AqBanking which 
permits setting a proxy. So far, this is not the case.

Nevertheless, there is a workaround to solve this problem (German only):
