Raphael, please remember when reassigning bugs that the BTS does not
generate any e-mail beyond what I quoted to the maintainer of the
reassigned package.  This means that you should CC the maintainer of the
package you are reassigning to with the analysis you have done prior to
reassignment.

Unfortunately the bts command doesn't do this for you automatically -
you need to manually add the CC.
