I don't think that they are the right ones to contact. I'm sorry that I
seem to be wrong here, too.
I simply looked into the package and found the address of this mailing
list as maintainer. The package I am talking about is from the kvpnc
homepage and not from the ubuntu package repository.
Perhaps I should try to find a contact using the kvpnc homepage.
