You're right, this is not a bug. It's probably just a mistake you made
during installation. Given that tora depends on
"libqt3-mt-psql | libqt3-mt-odbc | libqt3-mt-mysql" I just suppose you
installed a database connector, albeit not the one you wanted. Without
any database connector tora wouldn't install.
