[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#523532: No text! instead of menu entries

Hello.

After running kmymoney I got "No text!" instead of some entries in the main
menu. It's broken for first, second, third and last two menus.

Additionaly most menus seems to be duplicated.
I can attach screenshot to show this behaviour, but I tried it with many
different locales so I suppose it's easily reproducible.
