[Pkg-kde-extras] Dresden public transit Applet packaged

Hi KDE Extras team,

I've packaged a KDE applet for Dresden's public transport system 
(written by Tobias König).

You can find the package sources on alioth:
http://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/dvb-plasma-applet.git

I've also uploaded a snapshot to mentors:

Is anyone of you willing to sponsor this package or should it be moved
