[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#534576: ktorrent: Sends size of seeded torrent as downloaded

When starting to seed a torrent, that is a torrent you have already downloaded or you created, ktorrent verifies the existing data, then reports to the tracker that it has downloaded that amount, even 
though you have not downloaded even a single byte.  On trackers that maintain records of uploaded and downloaded bytes (roughly 100% of them), this is absolutely, positively unacceptable!  Ktorrent needs 
to only report actual bytes downloaded from peers, and not claim already existing data was downloaded.  I would have reported this as a critical bug were it not for many people only using open trackers, 
as this makes ktorrent unusable for seeding - anyone who attempts to use ktorrent on a private tracker will, like me, find they need to contact every tracker they're registered with and ask the admin to
manually fix their statistics due to the broken report ktorrent sends.
