[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#605686: kde-config-touchpad: include option to enable two finger emulation

My synaptics touchpad does not support multitouch, but works fine with
two finger emulation.

However, kde-config-touchpad resets the configuration of the touchpad, and
provides no config option to re-enable it.

Please include a configuration option to enable two-finger emulation or do
not touch current config on startup.
