[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#563995: [kmymoney2] "Online Banking Account Setup" window broken

I wanted to create new mapping to my online accounts using "account" -> "map 
to online account". The attached window pops up and is completely useless. 
Just wanted to have my aqbanking connections back.
