[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#564911: basket: New upstream version 1.0.3.1

Maybe I'm mistaken but according to http://basket.kde.org/news.php the
version 1.0.3.1 has been out since June 2008. I have a couple of strange
effect with basket and wonder if the new version fixes that. Could you
package the new version?
