[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#565668: Spell check does not skip kile commands

The Kile spell checker does not skip latex commands, making it a pretty useless spellchecker for a latex editor.
Apparently with kdelibs 4.4 the problem is fixed upstream. I'm filing this bug to make sure that kile doesn't freeze this way and makes it into stable without a decent spell checker.
