Hi there,

Same issue for me.

I can give an additional informations about this bug. I can see this
error in a console :

$ skrooge &
skrooge(5780)/kdecore (trader) KServiceTypeTrader::defaultOffers:
KServiceTypeTrader: serviceType  "SKG IMPORT/Plugin"  not found

I tried to run kbuildsycoca4 but I get the same error after.

Do you need more informations ,logs or backtrace?
