The Ampache plugin has a problem when the Ampache collection contains
albums with multiple discs that are tagged with the genera album name
and a disc number.

Ampache itself displays those as "Foo [Disc 1]", "Foo [Disc 2]", etc.,
but in Amarok they are just displayed as "Foo".

The problem is that Amarok apparently uses the pure album name as index,
so all the parts of the album contain the same tracks from only one of
the discs.

There also is a UI glitch that causes the last disc of the set being
expanded when cicking the first one in the list.
