[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#661855: Files with non-ASCII characters don't appear in collection

This bug may share origins with #585417. Though Amaork now plays files
that have non-ASCII characters in their path or filename, those still
won't show up in the collection, even after triggering a full rescan.
