[Pkg-kde-talk] qt-x11-free/arts build issues

Hello,

qt-x11-free and arts both failed on hppa recently.

Qt's failure would appear to be due to this:

Hopefully we won't have to ask for this setting to be changed with every 
upload - is there some way of fixing this permanently?

arts is failing because it can't find Qt, which is odd, given that it 
build-depends on Qt and has succeeded on other architectures. Perhaps it 
will benefit from being retried once the latest Qt has been built and 
installed.
