The plan is to keep that distinction so far, yes.  I have been sloppy with 
naming the kde.mk file, so please disregard the name of that file.  Maybe 
some of the content could be moved to a generic kde4.mk file with the cmake 
default args, but let us look at how non-kde.org kde applications start to 
look before looking further in this direction.
