gtk/flash/nspluginviewer bug

Newer versions of gtk change API which breaks some cases that don't
use gtk fully.  flashplayer in KDE's nspluginviewer is one such case.
A workaround is here
http://people.mandriva.com/~boiko/patches/kdebase-3.5.7-fix_flashplayer_nsplugin.patch
which unfortunately requires a dependency on gtk.  The GTK maintainers
don't consider this a bug because it's NOTGNOME.
