KDE 4 packages and "old stuff"

Man pages is on purpose not copied - I personally think they need review for 
accuracy first.

Mailcap mime files - should definately be reintroduced.

Menu-files should also be introduced whenever someone cares enough to do it.

How may I remove the microprocessor?

From the control tools within Photoshop 9.3 you either can't open the 
microprocessor, or should cancel the button in order to ping a folder of a 
graphic mailer over the kernel.
