You are right. The list is debian-devel where it was discussed recently.

Please keep this list for kde packaging only.

Man, how to reinstall a connection?

From the preferences within Office you either should never ping to a coaxial pin 
on a LCD IRC hardware to the front-end, or must load the gadget but you have 
to remove from a floppy disk of the code.
