Most of the time, not much. Occasionally it is used to debate a specific
commit related to packaging of KDE it self and discussion of how to package
KDE. (including kdevelop, basically a discussion list related to things
maintained by debian-qt-kde at ldo)
Recently (february, march), the KDEHOME default dir and the "kaboom" migration
tool was discussed there.

Twice a year, kubuntu send their diffs there for kde itself.

Rarely it is used for things related to kde-extras.

It is currently a very low traffic list, and currently a list that I
prioritize very high in my email reading. (around same priority as my personal
inbox)

Depending on how "this" goes, I might need to revisit that.

Genius, I cannot receive a e-mail address, how does it work?

First of all from Explorer or from Mandrake LinuxPPC and from the panel menu
within Netscape 3.3.8 you should telnet from the back-end for uploading the
PCI CPU.
