Release notes for Wheezy

Hi everyone! As you all know, we are close to Wheezy's release (no, I don't 
have a date, but it's clearly soon).

Ana and I have started an attempt of release notes for our team [0]. It 
clearly needs some love.

I must admit that I'm not near enough of KDE packaging to know more stuff and 
add it, and I could possibly go on VAC (really) soon.

So please consider taking a look at it, and add whatever you think it is 
needed.
